Introducing an important new joint initiative with Smethwick Heritage Centre Trust for digitising books catalogues and magazines that can be made available for all.

Chance Comments Magazine

These magazines contain a wealth of information, not just about the company and its operations, but also about the ordinary working people who made it all happen.

This magazine was first published in March 1948 (see cover image) and continued until 1963. Thereafter it was incorporated into Pilkington Brothers' own magazine, Cullet News.
