CHANCE HERITAGE TRUST, PHASE I

Pioneer Community Shares Offer

COUNTDOWN TO LAUNCH

A fantastic and rare opportunity to take ownership and have a voice in the large-scale development of what will be one of the most iconic heritage sites in the country.

We want to regenerate the Chance Glassworks, once the home of Chance Brothers whose amazing industrial legacy includes the production of the glass for the Crystal Palace and the installation of over 2,000 lighthouse lenses around the world.

OWN A PIECE OF HISTORY

Our vision is to create a vibrant centre to include residential, enterprise, educational and leisure space. It will become a vibrant urban village benefiting the local community and providing much-needed homes, jobs and training opportunities – but we need your help to be able to do it.

HOW TO BUY SHARES

The Shares will be available from the 29th of February. Each share is just £1 and the minimum spend is £20.

By buying shares in the Chance Heritage Trust you will enable us to carry out the crucial work needed to move such a large-scale, ambitious project forward.
As a charitable Community Benefit Society shareholder, you own and control the Trust. Every shareholder has a vote and therefore a voice in determining the future of the Trust and its work.
